Registration fee covers the publication of one paper, the conference kit, the lunches and coffee breaks, a welcome reception and a gala dinner.
All the authors (from oral and poster sessions) are invited to submit their conference paper in a special issue of the International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics (IOS Press). The conference paper is limited to 6 pages MAXIMUM including figures and references (over the limit of 6 pages, page charges of 50 $ per page will apply and will be charged to authors).
Advanced registration is strongly recommended for all participants. In addition, if you want to only buy an additional gala ticket for the accompanying person, the fee is 50 $ and you can pay for it at the the registration desk of the conference during September 15-16, 2019.
